I have a confession: I used to wear multiple sports bras to the gym. Yup, two and sometimes three bras to help omit “my twins” from bouncing all over the place (especially while trying to run on the treadmill). Can you relate?
Did I enjoy wearing multiple bras to the gym? Heck no! So it’s probably no surprise that when I heard about Shefit sports bras and how they’re created for a bigger bust… I just KNEW I had to have one (or three).
But are the Shefit sports bras actually worth it? In today’s review, I’m sharing everything you need to know about the coveted SheFit sports bra, as well as my review!
Please note: I paid for the SheFit Ultimate sports bra and flex sports bra with my own money. This is an honest review based on my experience.
What the SheFit sports bra is supposed to do…
A SheFit sports bra is said to be specifically designed to provide superior support and comfort during high-impact activities such as running, jumping, and aerobics for women with bigger and heavier busts.
What makes the SheFit sports bra different? Well, for one, it features adjustable straps that allow you to customize the fit of the cup size based on your needs.
Additionally, it comes with an adjustable chest band that allows you to adjust the level of compression based on your body shape and size. I wear a size H in bras, and one of the biggest issues I have is finding a bra that fits my bust and back since I have a pretty small back.
So hearing about a sports bra that fits my bust and allows me to adjust my back size is a game changer for me. The SheFit sports bra is also said to feature breathable material to help keep your body cool while exercising, as well as mesh panels that provide extra ventilation and airflow.
Different SheFit sports bra
So there are a number of different SheFit sports bras, including the Ultimate bra, flex bra, low impact, lounge, and exhilarate bra.
I purchased the Ultimate bra and flex bra since they’re said to be best for high-impact and medium-impact activities, so for this review, I’ll be sharing my experience with both.
First impression of the SheFit sports bra:
Shipping:
I purchased my sports bras and received both within a week. Immediately upon purchasing, I got a confirmation order, and within 2 days, I received a shipping notification email.
Now granted, shipping depends on the season (are they busy, backed up, having issues?), but I did not have any shipping any issues whatsoever. 10/10 on the shipping, SheFit.
Packaging:
Does anybody else like cute packaging? It’s definitely a bonus. I received a lime green shipping bag that said it’s time to take control. Inside your package, you get a Shefit laundry bag with a cute saying.
This laundry bag is to store your sports bra and wash it so you can maintain your bra.
Additionally, you get measuring tape that can be used to measure your bust if you ordered the wrong size or just measure your body if you’re trying to lose weight and inches.
Just from first impressions, it’s definitely giving high-quality vibes from the packaging alone.
What it comes with:
- SheFit Bra (duhhhhhhh, it better! lol)
- SheFit Laundry Bag
- SheFit measuring tape
Shefit sports bra review
Okay, now let’s get into the Shefit bra review, including the SheFit Ultimate Sports bra and the SheFit Flex sports bra…
Shefit ultimate sports bra review
Let’s start with the Shefit ultimate sports bra. The sports bra is said to have the highest level of support and control for high-impact activities like running.

This is what the SheFit website says about the Ultimate sports bra:
The SheFit Ultimate Sports Bra is designed to provide maximum comfort and coverage for high-impact activities. With its adjustable straps, you can find the perfect fit for your body and get the support you need.
This thing really does feel like armor. Like it’s stiffffffffffffff, so your boobs won’t bounce at all.
Additionally, this sports bra is said to be made with a fabric that helps absorb away sweat so you can stay cool and dry during long workouts.
I didn’t see much of a difference in terms of sweating after wearing this bra during HIIT class, but I absolutely felt supported, and yup, my girls did not bounce at all during the dreaded jump rope challenge.
I love that it offers adjustable straps so I can adjust my boobs higher during super high-impact activities and adjust it lower when I’m walking and such because my shoulders do start to hurt from the straps when its pulled all the way up (too much weight on my shoulders, I guess?)
Overall, I would rate the SheFit Ultimate Sports bra an 8 out of 10. This sports bra really does prevent your boobs from bouncing! It also lifts your boobs and doesn’t give you that compressed one-boob look that some sports bras do.
Another thing I like about this sports bra is that it includes zippers and clips for added support and control. I felt so confident and secure in this bra.
The band at the bottom is flattering, and no matter what exercise you’re doing, your boobs won’t fall out from the bottom (which has happened to me before! Argggg).
Additionally, the website says it’s designed to fit all shapes and sizes from cups A – I, which is another bonus because the busty girls need a good sports bra too!

My biggest complaint is the bra is uncomfortable because the fabric is so stiff. After an hour, I wanted to sling this thing off and across the room because my shoulders were hurting from the stiffness. This definitely is not an everyday bra at all.
Also, it’s a bit challenging to put on, and I’ve found that if you mess with the back band too much (adjusting it), it can start to twist up. However, overall, I really like the bra, and I feel it’s well worth the money.
SheFit offers a 7-day trial so that you can try it for seven days, and if you keep it, they’re charge you, and if you don’t like it, return it, and they won’t charge you! They definitely make it easy and hassle-free to try the sports bra for yourself, which is great because this sports bra is not the cheapest!

SheFit Flex Sports Bra Review
Now let’s review the SheFit flex sports bra…
Purchase this bra at: Shefit | Amazon
Here’s what the website has to say about the flex bra:
The SheFit Flex Sports Bra is the perfect choice for any active woman looking for a comfortable, supportive fit. This sports bra offers an incredible level of support thanks to its adjustable straps, custom fit sizing, and unique Flex Technology that allows you to customize your compression level.
The Soft Mesh lining ensures your comfort and helps to keep sweat at bay, while the moisture-wicking fabric helps keep you cool and dry. The strategic zoned compression offers maximum support in all the right places, even during your most intense workouts.
My opinion? Yall, I love this bra.

It’s not stiff like the Ultimate sports bra, and the fabric just feels good! It also offers adjustable bra straps for the shoulders and back for a customized fit and includes clips and zip for better support and secureness. I felt so secure in this bra, and it did help reduce the boob bounce during medium activities like jogging.
This bra is said to be for medium-impact activities, and I can agree with this. It did provide support during HIIT and jogging, but it is not as supportive or restrictive as the flex bra. Additionally, the flex sports bra includes a soft and stretchy material while actually hugging your curves (no added rolls, yay!).
The SheFit flex sports bra has a lightweight fabric (compared to the ultimate), and I find it more comfortable. After an hour of wearing the bra, I found that it still felt comfortable, and I didn’t want to sling it off, so that’s also a bonus.
Overall, I’m rating this bra a 9.5. My only complaint with this bra is that it does hurt my neck after a few hours, but that may be simply because I have a smaller frame, so the straps almost sit on my neck. Also, because of the material, if you adjust it too much, it can also start to twist around.
Additionally, the velcro from the straps does get caught in my braids/hair if I’m not careful, which is painful.

The band at the bottom is flattering, and no matter what level of activity you’re doing, your boobs won’t fall out from the bottom. Additionally, the website says it’s designed to fit all shapes and sizes, cups A – I, which is another bonus because the busty girls need a good sports bra too! Overall, I love this SheFit Flex sports bra. It’s my new fav (as far as sports bras go!)

Pros and cons of SheFit Flex Sports Bra:
Pro’s of the Shefit Flex sports bra:
- Soft and stretchy fabric
- Reduces bounce for medium-impact activities for sure
- Adjustable straps for shoulders and back, so you have a customized fit
- Doesn’t give you the horrible one-boob look
- Lifts “the girls”
- Comes in beautiful colors
- Includes zippers and clips for the ultimate secureness
- Removable breast cups

- Fits a variety of sizes
- Relatively Comfortable
Con’s of the SheFit flex sports bra:

- A bit uncomfortable after a few hours
- It can twist around if you adjust it too much
- Braids gets caught in the velcro straps if not careful
SheFit Flex Sports bra vs. SheFit Ultimate Sports bra
The biggest difference between the Flex and the Ultimate is the material and impact. Ultimate is for high impact, and the flex is for medium impact.
The Flex is a softer material, whereas the Ultimate is a stiffer material to help reduce boob movement while working out.
The SheFit Ultimate Sports Bra is designed to provide maximum support during workouts, and the Flex is designed to provide maximum flexibility during medium-impact workouts.
The SheFit Ultimate Sports Bra features a double-layered fabric to provide extra support. Both bras feature hidden clasps that allow you to adjust the fit in seconds and straps that are wide and padded. Additionally, both feature removable padding for added coverage and support.

Shefit leggings review
#Update So SheFit has an influencer program that I was recently a part of (it was for Instagram!), so because I was a part of that partnership, I received some Shefit leggings and anadditional sports bras. I also snagged a great discount code for you! *woohoo*
Of course, I landed this out AFTER I had already bought my two sports bras (but this is also a good thing because it shows that this review is neither bought nor sponsored! I paid for the Shefit sports bras I reviewed with my hard-owned money).
However, so I did receive a pair of Shefit leggings and a SheFit sports bra complementarity in exchange for an Instagram post.
However, this review is still honest and 100% of my experience and opinion.
So let’s talk about the leggings I was provided… I received the blue boss leggings, and as soon as I took them out of the package, I was weary… they looked thin and too small.
However, upon trying them on, I was super shocked. They fit, and they are legit buttery soft. These leggings are made of a thin material which I like. They’re also squat-proof.
I’m just going to say it flat-out: These are the best-feeling leggings I have. They are buttery soft, and smooth, and they do not have a lot of compression (which may be a con for you if that’s what you prefer). Also, because they are a thinner material, they will show any lumps and bumps you have in the skin.
My biggest complaint, though, with the Shefit leggings is that they don’t have pockets. Listen, I like pockets so I can store my phone or keys. Additionally, they roll down. The website promises they will stay still, and they absolutely do not. These leggings start rolling down the minute you move.
While I loved how comfortable and soft these leggings are, the one thing I truly dislike is these leggings don’t have pockets which is honestly something I NEED. Also, I found these leggings would roll down during high-impact activities, so I had to pull them up constantly. Yuck.
I did read other reviews where they complained the other colors were see-through, but I did not have that experience with blue color. This blue is a vibrant, gorgeous color that did not fade after being washed.
I recommend these legging for lounging around and low-impact activities like walking and yoga.
Purchase these on: Shefit | Amazon
Pros and cons of SheFit Leggings:
Pros of SheFit Leggings:
- Super soft
- Comfortable
- Bright colors
- Squat-proof (for the blue ones)
- High-rise and hides the belly
- Light compression
Cons of SheFit Leggings:
- No pockets 🙁
- Rolls down when moving
- Thin to the point where it may feel cheap to you if you like a thicker material
- Light compression (if you prefer medium to high compression, you may not like this)
- Some reviews state lighter colors are not squat-proof (however, the blue was squat-proof!)
SheFit Sizing & Fit
I’ll admit that the SheFit sizing can be a little difficult. I was shocked to find out that I wear a 1x-2x in the Shefit sports bras, yet I wear a medium in clothing, so the sizing can definitely be weird to determine.
I figured my fit by using the good old measuring tape and measuring my bust and rib cage, and allowing it to output the size that would be best for me.
Here is the sports bra sizing chart from their website:
Shefit offers so many ways to find your perfect fit, including a virtual fitting session where you have a free virtual call with them, and they personally help you determine your size.
They also have a find my fit quiz you can take, text support, email support, and phone support! Like I’m super impressed at how much 1:1 and human support they offer to help you find the fit that works best for you.
The biggest benefit is that you can try the bra for seven days, and if you don’t like it, they won’t charge you.
Additionally, if the bra is not for you, you can return the bra within 30 days, worn or not worn, no questions asked.
So is the SheFit sports bra worth it? Here’s what I think:
With all these features combined, the SheFit sports bra is a must-have item for anyone looking for a mildly-comfortable, supportive, and customizable sports bra.
I said mildly because these bras get really uncomfortable real quick, especially the Ultimate sports bra after a hour if the straps are pulled up.
I can wear the bras for a maximum of two hours before my shoulders start screaming… But then again, that’s pretty much with any bra I wear.
I also found that it does start to bulge at the front as the bra gets older and loses its shape.
BUT, I really, really, really like the SheFits sports bra. Specifically the flex sports bra.
Never have I ever been able to only wear one sports bra, and it actually supports the girls and comes in flattering colors. I truly enjoy it.
I like that the SheFit has double support and includes zippers and clips because I feel secure and supported, which is a luxury in itself.
I can legit do HIIT and not feel insecure about bouncing, which often happens when you wear a size H bra.
With the SheFit sports bra, they promise that you can enjoy the freedom to move without the restrictions of an ill-fitting or uncomfortable bra, and for the most part, I agree.
The bra provides support so that you can take your workouts to the next level with confidence and ease, and it’s not the most uncomfortable bra in the world.
Now is it comfortable enough to wear to sleep? Absolutely not. Perhaps the low-impact bras, but I’m not reviewing those!
The Shefit bras are high quality, well-made and well-engineered. The bras are well worth the money, in my opinion.

Shefit sports bra: One Year later
I have had the SheFit flex sports bra and ultimate sports for over a year now, and I’ve worn it 5 times a week.
While it still does the job, I do feel the flex has lost its shape a bit. It still works, but the shefit lettering has faded from all the washes and sweat sessions, and it doesn’t hold the girls up as much as it used to.
The Ultimate sports bra is still stiff, and I’ve found I don’t really wear it much because it’s not as comfortable as the flex, which is my fave.
I still think the SheFit sports bras are an amazing investment, especially when it comes to my health.
I feel more confident wearing the SheFit sports bras.
I used to be insecure at the gym because I’m busty and I love to run, and I didn’t like the idea of my “girls” bouncing all over the place when I would work out. It’s not good for my back, and I don’t want that kinda attention at the gym.
I also don’t have to wear 2 bras to the gym anymore. SheFit sports bras are cute enough to wear on their own, and I have!
If you like the SheFit sports bras, I def recommend purchasing two so you can swap them out! That way, you’re not wearing the same bra every day, which will increase the longevity of your bras.
SheFit return policy
I will say that SheFit offers a generous return policy when it comes to their sports bras, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them for your money.
They have something called the “Game Changer Promise” that basically says if the sports bra does not change the game for you, return them.
This policy allows you to wear your sports bra, and if you are not satisfied, return it with no questions asked, as long as you are within 30 days timeframe. However, you will not be refunded for shipping or green shipping protection cost.
For leggings, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving the item. However, your leggings must be in original condition, and all tags must be attached for a full refund or exchange. There is no game-changer promise for the shefit leggings.
Shefit washing instructions
When it comes to washing a Shefit sports bra, it is important to keep your garment in the best condition. To ensure that you get the most out of your Shefit sports bra, it is recommended that you wash it inside the laundry bag that it comes in.
To wash your Shefit sports bra, start by removing any excess sweat or dirt that has accumulated. This can be done with a damp cloth, or a piece of paper towel.
Once the bra is free from any large particles, you can place it in shefit laundry bag, then put it in your washing machine using the gentle cycle and cold water. Additionally, use a mild detergent to avoid damaging the fabric or colors.
When finished washing your Shefit sports bra, lay it flat to dry. Do not put the garment in the dryer with high heat, as this may affect the shape and elasticity of the material. Tumble dry low or hang or lay flat to dry.
Here are the do’s and don’t to washing your SheFit bra, according to the shefit website:
- Wash in the laundry bag that you received with your SheFit order
- Use cold water or hand wash.
- Wash with like colors (that’s right! Don’t put your white sports bra with your red clothes!)
- Mild detergent, avoid fabric softener.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble dry low or hang or lay flat to dry.
- Do not Iron your shefit sports bra.
Conclusion: shefit bra review
The Shefit sports bra is a great choice for women with larger chest. It offers good support and keeps everything in place. If you are looking for a new sports bra, I would definitely recommend giving the Shefit a try (Get 15% off on your SheFit order by using the code BREONNA15 and clicking here.)
