A great way to earn money with Youtube is through Google AdSense which pays you for display ads before, during, and at the end of your YouTube videos.

This page may include affiliate links, meaning at no extra cost to you, I might earn a small commission if you decide to purchase something.

Seven ways to make money from Youtube without Adsense

1. Create Digital Products

Creating digital products such as books, courses, templates, and guides is a great way to earn more with YouTube videos!

You can record videos on a specific top and towards the end of the video offer your course or book if they want to learn more about that topic.

For example, I sold my Just Face It beauty ebook through my youtube videos. I would create easy makeup tutorials and At the end of the video, I would let my audience know that if they wanted more in-depth information on applying the foundation to reference my ebook. I earned a nice chunk of change that way! Check out my blog post on 4 digital products you can sell and create this weekend.

2. Affiliate Links

When someone buys the product or service you recommended on your youtube video, you earn a percentage of that sale.

It doesn’t matter if you talk about fashion, relationships, yoga, business, or anything in between. You can use affiliate links no matter what stage. ⁣⁣⁣⁣For example, if you provide business tips, why not provide the books you’re currently reading with affiliate links to each book. If someone clicks that link and purchases the book, you make money too!
⁣⁣
As far as affiliate programs I like Amazon associate, RewardStyle, sellAShare, Target, Walmart, and eBay Partners (all free to join).⁣

The great thing about Amazon Associates is that you earn on the total purchase, not just what someone clicks on from your link. So if someone buys a lipstick you recommended on your youtube video, but also has mascara, a pair of shoes, and a phone charger in their cart, you’ll earn a percentage on all those items!

3. Provide services

You can get people who are watching your videos to become your client!

For example, create a video on how to budget and then at the end offer your accounting services for those who would just prefer to have someone else do it!

Another example is creating videos on different exercises to lose weight but also offering your personal coaching as a service if they would like to work with you.

The great thing about services is you can make a lot of money even with a small audience! For example, if you are a business coach and charge $3,500 a package. You only need 3 people a month to join to hit $10,000 month!

4. Sell physical products like shirts and bags

Did you know you can create custom apparel such as shirts, pants, and bags?

If you have a funny saying, you can create a shirt with that quote and sell it to your audience by using print on demand websites such as Printify (my favorite!!!) and Printiful.

What’s print on demand? It’s a process where you work with a supplier to customize white-label products (like shirts or tote bags) with your own designs and sell them on a per-order basis under your own brand.

This means you don’t pay for the product until after you’ve actually sold it! This is great because it prevents you from having to buy in bulk or hold any inventory yourself. Plus it’s usually free to use!

5. Donations

You would be surprised how much of your audience enjoys you and wants to see you succeed!

Another way you can make money with YouTube without ads in through donations. You can have your audience donate directly through YouTube, Paypal, and stripe.

You would be surprised how much of your audience enjoys you and wants to see you succeed!

6. Memberships

Create a membership site for your viewers to access more of you!

For example, if you’re a DIY YouTuber you can create a membership site where members can get access to even more crafts and plans.

If you’re a fitness Youtuber, you can have a membership site where members get access to food plans to go along with your YouTube fitness videos.

Memberships are great because they are a source of reoccurring payment for you.

A website that allows you to have memberships as a content creator is in Patreon.com

7. Sponsorships

Work with brands to promote the products you already love and get paid to do it!

A common misconception is that in order to work with brands, you must have a large audience and that simply is NOT true. You can work with brands with a small following.

A few ways to get sponsorships is by emailing pitching to brands for paid sponsorships or joining influencer networks.

I’ve earned thousands of dollars working with brands with my YouTube channel. If you’re interested in the pitch templates I use to snag paid sponsorships as well as a ton of other influencer goodies, check out my work with brands bundle which includes a media kit template, plug and play pitch scripts, modules to help you negotiate better and determine your rate!

Why your brand needs consistency

PlayPlay

Consistency is about much more than posting on social media all the time to tell your audience the
the latest update on your business. It’s also about being recognized for who you are and what sets your brand
apart from others.

When your brand is not consistent, you risk confusing your audience and confused people don’t
buy!

So let’s talk about some reasons why brand consistency is important (and I’m not just talking
consistency in time of posting either
)!

1. Consistency builds brand recognition….
Everything should be cohesive so people can start identifying your brand. Your brand should mirror
the same experience regardless of the platform.

2. People need to be reminded
It’s estimated that potential members need to see an ad seven times before the marketing begins to
register in their mind. Attention spans are minimal so you have to continuously promote yourself and your business in some form or fashion. Remind people what you do. When people think about you, they should be vividly clear on the services you offer.

3. Establishes yourself as an expert
As a consumer, you don’t want to entrust your money to someone who doesn’t have a clue what they’re
doing or doesnt have it altogether. You want a real expert anddddddd if you want to be seen, respected and paid like an expert you have to position yourself as the expert. Your brand must look and feel polished.

Top 5 FREE Productivity Apps for Entrepreneurs

Here are my current top 5 favorite (free) apps as a content creator!

    1. TRELLO

I use this to communicate with my VA, I also use it to write all on my content and scripts out. So it doesn’t matter if I’m sitting at the vet, I can write my scripts on my phone. If I’m at the grocery store and get a content idea, its nothing for me to whip out my phone and put that idea in Trello. Plus, I use Trello to communicate with my VA and see what task are being worked on and complete.

    2. GOOGLE DRIVE –

I store all of my content in Google Drive. So once I finish a video, I put that script into google drive to be formatted into a blog post.
      – Once I record a video, I put my graphics in Google Drive so my VA can turn them into YouTube or Pinterest templates.
      – I have all of my promo things in Google Drive to be scheduled out as well and its nice because Google Drive is where I store content.

    3. PLANOLY

Most social media platforms allow you to schedule things out such as YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest… however, Instagram does not so I use Planoly to schedule out my IG stories… specifically promos to let my audience know of a new video. I also use it for Pinterest pins and metrics. Scheduling content helps me to stay consistent.

      4. MICROSOFT TO-DO

This another app that syncs to everything… so if i’m laying in bed and I need to do something tomorrow, I’ll whip out my phone and put it on my to-do list. That morning, when I’m working on my computer. I open up my to-do list app on mac and I have the things I need to. It helps me to not forget things and I can put due dates like answer this email by Thursday. Submit this info tomorrow.

  1.  5. WAVE APP

I use wave app to help with my budget. I have it synced up and it allows me to see how much I spent, how much I made, my profit margins. I can also create invoices, do monthly billing for clients…. Wave is great it helps balance my business money and I’m not having to pen and notebook everything down.
